How Mad Hatter Day was born!

I’ve been with members of this band for quite some time now. We didn’t have that chemistry at first, but we eventually earned it. Pat and I had been in a band called AEF since 2006. I had been playing for bands called AEF, Bullets Against Guns, Zero or nothing, We Speak Fireworks and had sessioned in bands like Harlequin Carnivale and many more. We have received different kinds of critics throughout the years of playing. Those critics served as words of inspiration for us to improve. I’ve met Paco, Andrew and Aki in college and though that we’d be a good tandem if we formed a band. I met Mewa back in high school ‘cause we needed a sessionist for AEF. Paco and Andrew also had a band in 2009 called 20/20 cover up, but wasn’t active anymore when they stepped in college. Paco has been playing for multiple bands too such as Rocketship Lullaby, Actually Not Here and a band he had way back in high school. Aki was… somewhere there. Mewa had a band as well called Neumun around some time in 2007, she was also the vocalist of the band, but eventually got disbanded. She also sessioned a lot for a lot of bands like Vinnie and the Hello Kitties and like I said, AEF. She has this talent that a lot envy ‘cause her vocal skills are really awesome for a person that didn’t have any formal training it it sounds like she does. So, it’s pretty much a unique talent that she had worked on herself. And today, the band was formed to continue what we’ve started and to share each other’s experiences. The do’s and don’t’s of being in a band and how to write music that would fit our taste buds. Thus, we became Mad Hatter Day.
